Cancellation Policy

Ginger and Pickles prides itself with a flexible cancellation policy.

To minimise inconvenience to the business and other customers, you may get a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your booked date and time. In the event that we have had to cancel your booking due to extenuating circumstances we will offer to move you to a different time/date or provide a full refund.


How to cancel

If you booked online

Please use the Chat link in your confirmation email to ask us to cancel your booking.

If you booked over the phone or in person

Please pop in or contact us.



Please note

Our cancellation policy may be superseded by extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Ginger and Pickles or for any other reason deemed applicable.
